I created these two cards using Elegant Eggplant and Crumb Cake papers, Elegant Eggplant and Always Artichoke inks, and Because I Care stamps. All from Stampin' Up.





Box of Cards

I made the following six cards using Stampin' Up's paper and their Pocket Silhouettes stamps, to be placed in a box (the seventh image), to be given as part of a Christmas gift.

Merry Christmas

I understand. Christmas comes after Thanksgiving. However, we all know that Christmas cards can be mailed the day after Thanksgiving (not that I have ever accomplished that). Any way, here are a few for inspiration.

Teabag folding is fun and easy to learn.

Bear Card

I used a picture I took a few years ago of one of our neighborhood bears. After getting rid of a tarp in the background, I used a watercolor effect.

Don't Forget Father's Day

I made this card using a photo I took while on a hike. I placed vellum over the picture to soften it.

Gift Basket

Through CardSwap I was given information for stamptv.com on how to make this basket. I made it for my niece as a hostess gift for having the family over for Mother's Day.

My Pansy border punch and Spellbinder pansies are a great combination.

Card Swaps

This card is for the "Goin' Buggy" card swap. The surprise is on the inside.

This card is for the "$1 Stamp" card swap. Another thing I just learned, several craft stores have bins with $1 stamps.

Twinchies

So much to learn. Below are twinchies I made for a swap at CardMaker. These are made from a 2" square of chipboard with layers of paper and embellishments. They can then be placed on cards or scrapbook pages.

No New Cards Today!

Spent the day traveling, meeting for work (unfortunately, not making cards) and catching up with a friend. Left the house at 7am, home after 6pm. All-in-all -- a good day. Now it's time to play with CARDS!
